Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy explains what information our mobile games ("the Games") collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the Games you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, address or phone number. The Games and the services they use may collect:
- Device information: device model, operating system, language, country (from settings or IP address), app version.
- Identifiers: advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS when you allow tracking, Android advertising ID), app instance and installation identifiers, push notification tokens.
- Gameplay and usage data: levels played, progress, sessions, in-game events and boosters used.
- Purchase information: which in-app items were bought and when. Payments are handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details.
- Crash and performance data: crash reports, error logs and performance measurements.
- Support messages: if you contact us or send feedback from the Game, your e-mail address, your message and any device information or logs you choose to attach.
2. How we use it
- to run the Games, save your progress on your device and deliver purchased items;
- to understand how the Games are played and improve them;
- to find and fix crashes and bugs;
- to show ads, measure them and limit how often you see them;
- to send notifications you have allowed;
- to answer support requests and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Third-party services
The Games use the following services, which process data on our behalf or under their own policies:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging) – privacy
- GameAnalytics – privacy
- Unity Gaming Services (Analytics, Authentication, Cloud Diagnostics, In-App Purchasing) – privacy
- AppLovin MAX and its ad network partners – privacy
- Apple App Store and Google Play for downloads and payments
4. Advertising and your choices
iOS: we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before using your advertising identifier for tracking. You can change this anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your device's Google settings.
Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. We do not sell your personal information for money.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers listed above, with Apple and Google, when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Game progress is stored on your device and is removed when you delete the Game. To ask for deletion of data linked to your device, e-mail knitpuzzlegames@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion"; see the Support page.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or US state laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw consent. Contact us at knitpuzzlegames@gmail.com to use these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
The Games are meant for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable measures to protect data, but no method is fully secure. Our service providers may process data in other countries, including the United States, with safeguards required by law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
