These terms apply to our mobile games ("the Games"). By downloading or playing the Games you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. Use of the Games
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or exploit the Games, use cheats or bots, or interfere with their operation.
2. In-app purchases and virtual items
The Games may offer coins, boosters, lives, bundles and other virtual items for real money. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and can only be used in the Game where they were bought. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store according to its policies and applicable law. Items may be lost if you delete the Game, as progress is stored on your device.
3. Advertising
The Games may show ads, including optional rewarded ads, from third-party partners. A "Remove Ads" purchase removes the ads described at the time of purchase and may not include optional rewarded ads.
4. Intellectual property
The Games and all their content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.
5. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the Games or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the Games will be available without interruption or error.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
7. App stores
These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Your use of the Games must also follow the App Store or Google Play terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Games after an update means you accept the new terms.
